Problem importing customer logon details

Hi,

I am trying to import customer logon details from a snapshot but the check box on the dialog box (User Logon Settings) is greyed out. According to the context help it can only be used if this feature is enabled in Actinic. Does anyone know how to enable it? I can't find anything in the Business Settings.

Anyone got any ideas? There's a box there to allow you to import logons but it is always greyed out.
