Happy New Year, right? We had our premises broken into, and the little s***s trashed the place thouroughly, the damage is substantial. It includes our computer systems, beyond repair. So, we downloaded V8(Business) again, imported the back-up and away we go, or so we thought. When trying to install the link again, we are asked for the key or use the 30 day evaluation. As we need to get the key again, we tried 30 day version. As soon as we try to create the profile, Link shows an error message, telling us to install Actinic Ecommerce first, and then try again. Anybody any idea why link will not see the newly installed V8, which is working perfectly?
