I am changing some product information and when I change the original product the duplicates are not changing. I am just changing part of the description.

Two possibliities:
1) Click "reset all product duplicates"
or
2) Check that in Settings - Duplicate Fields Configuration you don't have ticks in the Short and Full Description boxes -
I have the same problem in v9. I have just discovered that none of the the product duplicates update when the original is changed.
The fields in question (custom properties) are not ticked in the duplicates field configuration. This is a serious problem, as we're talking about hundreds of products here, all updated by a linked Access DB. I cannot manuallly go through Actinic to find and reset each changed product every time an update is performed!
