Shopping Cart Thumbnail Image Problems

Hi,

I have followed the code and example on the link below to insert the thumbnail of the product into the shopping cart:

However this doesnt appear to have worked.

Could anyone please assist me on correcting this issue?

In the product details for each product, have you entered an image path in the thumbnail field as well as the image field?
