      Hi Christianne

If you can't do it easily from within Actinic, then one possibility would be to use email parsing software. Assuming you are set up to receive a copy of the email order confirmation your customer gets, you can use the software to parse the email text (it also works for html emails) directly into a .csv file.

We have used Email2dB for years. It takes a bit of setting up but depending on the detail you set it to capture, it's good enough even for accounting purposes.

We use it for both accounting and marketing.

Excel can import the data you want straight from the Actinic database.

You can also also easily export that information using my One Stop Order Processing product, you can find more details and a free trial here :

            http://www.mole-end.biz/acatalog/Mul...r-Actinic.html

It allows you to choose the fields you to include in the export and then export to either CSV or excel spreadsheet.
