Linking to extended full info page from product section?

In the past, where a product had more than one choices of colour, size etc. my client had it lay out with each choices set up as individual products.

Now these products are now as layout as 'one' with all the choices as in the matrix format in the extended full info product page see this page for example:

The route to this product you go: from the 'product section' (on the left of the site) click on: 'Awnings and Canopies' then click though sections: Caravan Full Awnings / Bradcot Full Awnings / Bradcot Active. Then you get to the sub-section: Bradcot Active, which shows the 'one' product ' BRADCOT ACTIVE FULL AWNING IN BLUE WITH STEEL FRAME (780CM)'. Click on this and it will take you to the extended full info product page with all the other choices matrix info in it.

What I'm trying to do is to link the last main section ( http://www.everything4leisure.com/ac...l_Awnings.html ) to 'jump' pass the sub-section which will only have the one product ( http://www.everything4leisure.com/ac...ot_Active.html ) to the extended full info product page ( http://www.everything4leisure.com/ac...RACTB780S.html )

This would be great if this were possible as at the moment the customer may think there's only one choice for the product when you are in the sub-section and may not click to enter the full info page to see that there are more! I tried to change the links code in the layout code without much luck!

Why not just have all the info on the initial (single) product page rather than using extended info. SPP is considered a better method anyway.
