Limiting Payment Options

To an extent this has been covered before but not it seems as I require.

I have 9.0.5 Business Plus with both unregistered and registered customers. I would like to limit Paypal payments to only unregistered customers.

If I tick Limited to Defined Customers this limits Paypal to registered customers. The reason I don't want Paypal for registered (trade) customers is because their commission is too high.

Is there any way I can do this?
