It fails to load actinic.css in IE. Firefox is fine. The reason is this line:

<meta name="description" content="Submersible sewage and drainage pumps. Our "zoeller" pumps are world leading products made from cast iron... " />

That "zoeller" is breaking things as it within a quoted string.

Use single quotes e.g. 'zoeller' or HTML "zoeller" instead.

Yep! Fine in both browsers. It may be worth visiting www.mozilla.com and downloading Firefox. It's very popular nowadays so is always worth checking your site as others see it.

BTW Did you enter that META stuff in one of the Actinic fields. If so, there may be a bug that needs reporting.

im getting this now when i try to backup ????

Warning: The HTML templates specify source files (with "SRC=" commands) that reside in directories other than the Online Store Folder on the web site. Actinic can not handle these files and they are being omitted from the list of files to upload.

No source files in the templates should have a path. Store them in the site specific directory locally, and they will be uploaded to the Actinic web directory.
