Add to cart button missing on products

The add to cart button only seems to display at the bottom of each page and not on each product.... can anyone help me with this?

I am using actinic version 8.

Go to Design | Design Options and untick 'Single Add to Cart Button per Page' if it is ticked.

For more information look for 'Changing The Shopping Mode' in the Actinic help files.

[This applies to V9 but V8 should be the same or very similar.]

i have played around with that setting but when i do this this removes my drop down boxes and replaces them with multiple lame looking add to cart buttons as some items have many different sizes etc. This in turn messes up my text formatting which has taken me a long time to get right on the site.

Isn't there any way of still having the drop down option whilst having ONE add to cart button per item rather than say 6 add to cart buttons on an item which has 6 different sizes.
