Is it possible to use a login for only 1 category

Hi, I would like to split my site for public with no login and have a trade section with a login is this possible so that the general public can not see the trade prices, or restrict them from the wholesale section.

Yes that's part of the standard functionality that comes with the business version of the software, serving up different prices. There's an AUG/KB article on restricting sections if you also wanted to go down that route.
