remove 'countries' from shipping destination

On our site when a customer clicks through to buy, there is a drop down list which offers: United Kingdom, Guernsey, Jersey - as shipping destinations.

We only want to offer UK shipping. I can't seem to find anything in Actinic (business settings or locations) that allows me to remove Guernsey or Jersey as options - in fact it would be better if there was no dropdown and ONLY UK shipping is allowed....

Any ideas?

Right click on your zones and have a look at the countries added to the zones.

Thanks - I'd already checked that and only UK was in there.... I think I've figured it out, I removed Guernsey and Jersey from the 'settings | locations' and now just UK appears (no drop down box) which is what I wanted.
