Product layout - IE ok, Firefox/Safari not ok!

On the following page, the layout looks fine in IE, but not in Firefox or Safari (the product image should sit on the left, with the product options - radio buttons - and infomation to the right). On Firefox and Safari the product options and information are moving beneath the image (left justified on the page).

I have tried Firebugging on Mozilla but can't see any reason for this.

Any ideas??
