Actinic Stopped Working When Opend

Hi,

I installed actinic v9 on my vista machine today and when I tryed to open it it gave me this error:

DLL not found: CRPE32.dll

I reinstalled actinic and this stopped that error but now when I open actinic it simply freezes for around 5 minutes then the vista message appears saying this program has stopped working. Any ideas?

CRPE32.dll is a crystal reports file. More specifically the one required for printing.

A forum search on the dll will throw up a potential solution, or a googlesearch on the dll
