I have tried searching for an answer but can't come up with a suitable search link, sorry.
My problem is when the customer buys something they goes through the shop and after they have selected Payment Method page they are taken to the next page when the page won't go any further. This message appears on the screen:-
If you are not taken there automatically, click Next to proceed to the Actinic Payments secure payment site where you will be asked for payment information for your order.
If you click on Next then they can proceed but ideally the customer should be taken straight to the Payment Page. Can anyone advise how I can resolve this?
