    *sigh*
I'm absolutely at my wits end with this.
    AAARGGGHHHHH!!!!
    Sob.
    No Problem Phill.
I figured I had to do something to stop the pain continuing on this thread I couldn't take much longer

For anyone else that has a similar problem, the solution I came up with was a simple VBS based script that performed the manipulation directly into the Actinic database. Cutting out the CSV export/import issues etc.
    PM me for details.....

Don't suppose you know a way of quickly and completely eradicating all the 'old' upgraded-upgraded-upgraded-upgraded (etc) theme info do you? I just want the products and a bare, say, 'Executive' theme throughout...

Design snapshot from a clean install or spend 10 mins directly in the design library deleting and reverting.

I tried the clean-design-shopshot and that didn't work as it didn't get rid of *all* (and I mean there are LOADS of tweaks to the original templates) off the old stuff.

All I need is default formatting for everything in one-go. Or is that not possible?

It doesn't matter how many tweaks have been made to a template, a revert gets them all done instanly.

The option to 'revert to factory settings' is greyed out...

Sorry Lee, yes they are enabled. Something weird is going on here...
