Upload, Refresh Window Dosnt Show

Hi,

I am running actnic version 9.0.3 IMMA on windows 7, and each time I go to upload or refresh a loading circle will appear next to the mouses arrow however the upload window that shows you its status does not show :s anyone ever had this before?

im sure a search will bring up issues with windows 7 and uploads

Already tried the community, kb and Google. no one seen this before?

Any reason why you haven't updated to the latest version? I'm not saying it will, but it could help?

One Bug found in windows 7 is that windows don't always load on top, you may need to resize actinic and move it from the center of the screen, so that any pop ups can be seen.

i was meaning the other threads about windows 7 and upload problems, they are related to uploading but may not be at the same point as you but probably relevant

Apart from using the current version you might find changing the script id or replacing them
