Section link layout

Hello guys, I searched for this but I could not find any information about it.

Is there a way I can force newly created sections to have a specific section link layout other than the default "use parent" one?

No. Unless you mean the default layout set in site options is not set as you want it to be, in which case you just need to change that to what you want it to be.
