Hello - be gentle with me, this is my first post ever asking for help!
I have a V9 site (www.cheeksandcherries.co.uk) which was working fine until I migrated everything from the original laptop I was using to a new desktop computer.
We accidentally downloaded orders onto the laptop after having migrated all the settings, and when we went to download orders on the new desktop, one of these orders came through again corrupted.
We got error messages about this order whenever we downloaded orders, until we deleted it. The error message kept mentioning an 'l' database.
Subsequently, whilst trying to upload the site, we get a similar error message towards the end of the upload process... at the 'merging incremental updates' stage.
It says 'Cannot open database 'l'. It may not be a database that your application recognises, or the file may be corrupt'
If anyone has any idea what might be going on here, or what to do about it, I'd be grateful. I don't have any particularly recent snapshots, although I have been copying my Site 1 folder regularly and keeping the copies in a separate folder of back ups.
Thanking you all kindly
