h tags and fragments

just looking at h tags again and i notice every page has the title within h1 tags.

I have a fragment on each section and subsection page describing the products on that page but these aren't in h2 tags should they be?

i noticed on the section pages that the section discription is in h3 tag.

May I suggest that you use your titles more effectively?

"Welcome to the Pen Zone" is a waste of <h1> tags IMO. I'd take the <h2> tags off the text below it and apply them to your section titles.

Spamming your title and meta information with keywords is no helping your corner either.

If you are addressing where you should be using your heading tags then, first you need to make sure you are using them effectively.

Another tip would be to have a link to your site in your forum signature. Not to your home page though, that will be easily indexed. Try a deep link: "Waterman Expert Fountain Pen" or something similar.
