Snapshot says it is a different country version.

Hi,

I sent a snapshot of our website to a web designer and he worked on our site. When I got the snapshot sent back it came up with the message that basically said "The snapshot is from a different country version compared to the current installation. This will cause problems if the snapshot uses a PSP or SSP which is not supported by your version of Actinic." How did this happen? Is it okay to import. I am on Version 9.0.3.1.0.0IMMA.

Have you asked your web designer if they are using a different country version?. Or customised something with a different countries script or psp. Keep your previous backup snapshot safe.
