Is it possible to cusomise the mail order template to auto capilises address and postcode input in the same way that you can online?

Yes - MOTO can also be "capitalized" - but I found that, as with the checkout page it does not work the 'County/State/Province' field - anyone any idea why, I'm still fairly new at this !
Having had another look I find on MOTO it's a variable MOTOState linked to Settings/Location - on checkout page 1 it's layout code 'Invoice Location' which also references the country/state lists
