Advice appreciated please. - live site
To correct payment provider issue, was advised to purge/refresh. However yesterday the operation timed out after half an hour and would not retry.
Since - I cannot publish or refresh - actinic hangs with round blue circle next to cursor. Scheduler says actinic is still functioning.
Network test works fine
I can ftp the site via other methods - so site accessible
But not all files are loaded and the ordering does not function
Anyone have tips please?
