Disable Logon and Card Encryption Greyed Out

Hi,

I am trying to turn off "Enable Logon and Card Encryption" in business settings>options however it seems to be greyed out. anyone know how I could turn it off?

Maybe check that the payment method is not set to download credit card details for later processing or similar.
