V9 - Thumbnail Images

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to get thumbnails working? I'm new to this and probably missing something obvious. I've searched thru the forums and can't seem to find the answer.

I'm putting a large image in the image field and a thumbnail image in the thumbnail field in the General box of a product section. Both images are in the same folder. I've even tried swapping the images over but all I can get to display is either one of the images - neither of them clickable to the other image.

I assumed that this would show up with a clickable thumbnail image on the site but it doesn't.

The thumbnail option does not do what you are thinking it does. It is there so thumbnails can be shown in the cart and the search results if required. That's about it as standard. If you want multiple images, you need a plugin, have a look on drillpine.biz, you have a couple of options.
