Select Invoice Location Drop Down Disappeared.

Using version 9.0.5 Business Plus on Windows 7.

This one has me stumped. The Select Invoice Location Country Drop Down has disappeared from Checkout Page 0. I have reverted all the checkout layouts to factory settings but this hasn't worked.

It's been changed to force the same delivery and invoice address. Is this to do with an old post. Your code has the input box hidden. You can revert the changes.
