Customer Groups - Help Needed Please

Hi All,
When I use Actinic Link to update data from Sage to Actinic it update prices etc nicely. However we are making some changes with the pricing structures by removing some of the price breaks. For example I have five different prices for one item (4 or fewer, 5 to 9, 10 to 14, 15 to 24, 25 or more). What I'm doing is removing the price break say for 10 to 14 on Sage but when I UPDATE Actinic using Actinic Link it does not get rid of it in Actinic. Is there anyway round this? I don't use the 'Replace' option in 'Import From Sage' as it's taken so long to organise and add Extended Information and this option will wipe it clean.

Hi all,
Just to let you know that I've been in touch with Actinic and been told that Actinic or Actinic Link can not handle this request because no coding has not been created by the developers and is now something they are looking into for hopefully a quick fix.

It would be good to see if anyone else needs this feature. Just reply to this post.
