Duplicates in linked excel file when there are none!?

I have a strange error,

I have created an excel file of stock and I have run a macro to check for duplicates. I deleted all duplicates I found!

I have now tried linking to the excel file and Actinic V9 flags an error saying duplicates found, normally Actinic gives a list of duplicates in the error box but none are shown!?

I have attached a jpg of the error.

Any help on this would be very helpful

I Have compacted data base and Removed/ reinstalled Actinic (I am not using my main setup as I do not want to corrupt my site just for testing a file) and it still comes up with the same problem!?

I have now sorted this problem I think, by highlighting all empty cells and deleting all content when right clicking!

I now have a "Numeric field overflow" what ever that is. I will now attempt to solve this
