Teclan tabs

i am trying to install the teclan tabs for product discriptions, i am following there instructions but unsure about where to insert the code and how to format it, has anyone else used this add on ?

Sorry you're having trouble with the product tabs. If you'd like to give us a call Mon-Fri 9am-5pm we will certainly attempt to help you get this free add-on installed into your Actinic website.
A quick call is possibly the simplest way, rather than trying to trouble shoot the issues you are having via email or a forum.
