We have been making lots or updates to existing products and adding lots brand new products recently and the upload keeps failing.
The upload just stops and the dialogue box disappears (no error message etc is shown)
The only way to successfully update the site is to compact the database several times in Access 2007 then an upload works.
I only get updates from Actinic if I phone and bother them and I am getting a bit fed up.
We have had actinic cover for 5-6 years and I have only used it twice (having cover doesn’t seem to help speed up the process when you have a support request in my experience)
Don’t get me wrong we all love the Actinic product its just the support sometimes
