What skills required to be Actinic developer?

Can anyone advise me on what skills are required to become an Actinic developer?
I am good with HTML, DreamWeaver and CSS but not sure what's involved in doing development work for clients wanting to have customisation work done on Actinic.

Download the free 30 day trial and have a look at the software is the best thing you can do. It's largely just html and css in a template based system. Documentation can help you along the way, you have the foundation to do it certainly, all relies on whether you can 'get' actinic and how it works.
