no pound sign in postage options?

Hi ladies and Gents

Any ideas on how I can solve this problem?

I get a black diamond with a question mark in place of where the pound sign should be. This only shows up in postage selection option!?

I believe you will find this is down to a server setting, can't recall the specifics, but it has been discussed many many times on the forum before. A search should yield the specific answer, "pound sign" should be a key part of your search string.

I have see that thread and added the code quite awhile ago to my site, but have only just noticed this problem!
