Theme_corporate_logo.gif - how to place it

Hi

I tried searching for a previous post but cant find any.

I have a Theme_corporate_logo.gif that appears at the top of the page to the left, I want to spread across the top of the page. I cant find a setting to stretch the gif, even if I did I guess my graphics may looked stretched?

How do I get my logo to be displayed across the top up to the search box: (which is top right)

Any help appreciated.

There isn't a setting to stretch a graphic, you create a new graphic at your new size using a graphics package and set the site to use that instead. Graphics are (on the whole) used at the exact size they are created.

You may also have to delve into the css to change the image dimensions

This may be the case, I created the image the full width of the screen in the graphics package, so i cant make it bigger as suggested by Leehack

I dont know where to find the css setings, but will begin searching.

Thanks for all the replies, it turned out to be, just making the image wider. (thnx Leehack) The art package I was using just didnt make the image bigger, gave it a go just in plian old MS Paint and was able to make a wider image.

Must get a better art package.
