I'm hoping this is something stupid I have overlooked. A client has sent me a snapshot - when I import it, the 'Retrieve Orders' button is greyed out - so it cant be clicked.
I have looked in Business Settings > Options , and order processing and catalog maintenance are both checked.
The original snapshot that i sent to the client over a year ago worked OK for my test orders.
The client says they have never used their copy of actinic until last week - and saw that the 'Retrieve Orders' button was unable to be selected (greyed out).
I'm confused - anyone got any ideas.
