Sales reports and refunds

Is there a report that will reflect refunds made during a specific time period?

I usually pull my figures from the Tax Summary but I'm wondering if that has any record of refunds made, most specifically if those refunds are for orders that were originally made BEFORE the time period specified in the report?

Do ANY of the sales reports show refunds made against earlier orders?

Hi Tracey,

The sales report works on order date, so if you print it off for last month any refunds made to orders for previous months that happened to have been made in the current month will not be included.

I can't think of any report or plugin that will give you the information that you need but could work with you on a custom report if you like.

I'm just thinking that, as I usually use an Actinic report for my VAT return (for the Actinic side of income and vat) it's going to be inaccurate as it won't allow for refunds I've given on previous orders (and so VAT I can get back on those!)

Will have a think about what I need and drop you a line about it
