    Component & attribute problem

    Hi
I have created some new products (dresses) that have 2 different prices depending on the size - i.e. childrens or adults (hence no VAT or VAT) so pointed the price to a hidden product with relevant VAT structure. But as I have about 80 of these dresses that I want to use the same price structure for, i wanted to copy and paste the component and attribute to every item - but it loses some of the information and I want to know if there is a way round this.
In the general tab of the component it loses the ' component as seperate order line' so hence when you add this product to basket it doesn't have the price to use.
Can anyone help or will i have todo it the long winded way and add to each item the various info - copy and paste would save so much time.
    thank you

That sounds like a bug but as a work around why don't you copy the entire product instead and then change the main parts?

Thanks Jan - that is the only other way round it I found too - but I was hoping for an easier solution. thanks anyway.
