Uploading database only

Hi everyone, I have a quick question. Is it possible to ftp or somehow upload only the database my website uses in order to check stock levels?

It can take more than 3 hours to upload the site, the size of the folder is 854MB. Is it normal for a site of that size to take so long to upload?

It would be ideal if I could simply upload the access database anytime I wanted to update te stock levels on the website.

No, it's not possible. Actinic strips the data and puts it into a different format on the web server. It also does lots of different things e.g. checking the html pages which is why it may take awhile to upload.

V10 which will be out very soon can synch stock levels online without uploading the whole store.
