Actinics running really really slow

We are using Actinics V 9.0.5, but this problem existed before we upgraded.

Everything about Actinics is running extremely slow with us.
Some days it takes 15+ minutes to open the program, other days it won't open and we have to restart our computers.
When working on the products or design of the website it sometimes takes over 5 minutes to switch between the sections.
At times it takes 10 minutes or more to add new products to the website.
When uploading our site it can take as long as 2 and a half hours for the upload to complete.

This gets very frustrating, it is not all the time but more often than not Actinics acts in this way.

Primary keys will be missing i guess, V10 will fix these, try importing your snapshot into a v10 test, then close and reopen it and it will tell you what is wrong. V9 doesn't do the fixing, only v10, so you'd have to fix manually or contact support.
