VAT names disappearing?

I get an occasional but regular issue with the Tax Name disappearing from the business settings. Sometimes it vanishes from the local machine and sometimes it is in there but not on orders downloaded. Occasionally a different name will appear instead but it is usually just blank.
Most odd!
This results in Link throwing a hissy because it doesn't recognise the blank VAT reference.
I can fix the file by manually amending in Notepad which is tiresome when I have a handfull of orders but when I have a lot it is blimming annoying!
A re-upload of the site (having re-entered the VAT name in business settings) fixes it - until the next wobbly.

Any ideas?

Yep, I had/have that.... Actinic worked on it to sort it... think they did a patch, but not sure if it was actually a fix or I am in remission for a while.... tax goes wrong every now and then for me... seems to be a buggy part of V9. It was actually affecting the VAT amount of each order which was/is even more tedious...

Not just me then!
It's really very tiresome, best when it chucks some other text in there instead as you can search and replace but when it just blanks and you have more than just a handful of orders it gets real old real quick.
