Actinic payments on MOTO

I have just set-up Actinic payments for use on our MOTO form.

I had assumed that the payment confirmation would be passed back to actinic once paymetn had been made so that the order would be marked as paid. Then we coudl use all the function of refund or add itmems etc.

THis does not appear to happen as I have to mark as paid manually.

Am I expected too much so have I done soemthing wrong?

Also do you get an email paymenet confirmation with Actinic Paymenets so that you can match up with the number fo orders recevied?

You have to "Commit" an AP MOTO order - are you doing this?
And no, unfortunately there is no email confirmation with AP - but you can easily do this manually within the order itself.

i have mine set to charge the card imediately and when i use moto it just works with the order marked as paid. I dont use moto very often actually hardly at all

Is actinic set to pre-auth?

I have AP set-up to charge the card immediately and when I use the AP virtual terminal to enter MOTO orders I click on the download orders button which then downloads the payment as it will still show as unpaid until I download.

Just one point. The AP Moto payment is taken in a very similar way to a web payment, and uses the same Creditcall form and same callback mechanism. This means that the payment is recorded on the web site by Creditcall and the MOTO order will only be marked as paid when the payment is downloaded.

So I suspect that pressing the order download button will solve the problem.
