This is a new problem that has only be happening since we upgraded to Windows 7.
When we go into an order that has been received back and edit an order line or change an adjustment, Actinic stops responding and causes the computer to be non responsive. The clock still runs so it is not totally frozen but you can not do a thing on the PC.
Ctrl Alt Delete also does not work and the only way to recover is to reset the PC.
We have reset 4 times this morning and it is starting to get tedious.
Any ideas on what the problem could be?
We are running V9.03 and Windows 7 Home Premium.
