Executive Template - How to move about?

Hi.

Currently am using Executive template but have edited colours and image etc.

On the top bar is Home Site Map Terms & Conds Search Store Top Contact Us Login. (http://www.safetyindustries.co.uk/beta/)

I would like to swap with Main pages, so my services list goes along to top bar and visa versa.

How on earth do I do this!? Have sat here for ages pondering!

Help is appreciated as always!

Oh dear....i do choose things the hard way! Oh well, will just have to leave it there then.
