Web settings v7 to business v9

I have just uploaded my business v9 to my web site and can only get it to go to a test why cant i configure the web settings they seem to be locked, can any one help

When in test mode, network settings are locked. Go to the web menu (I think that's the correct menu) look for test mode/ production mode. Change back to production.

Thanks Jo for that info it has worked I knew there had to be a simple solution
