Hello,

On our contact us page we would like customers to be able to click on our email address and their defult email open up with our address in, ready to type their message and click send.

Is this possible?

would embed it anywhere you want (fragment, product, section etc.), if directly into a layout you will not need the embed markers, so just add:

<a href="mailto:blah@blah.com">Email us</a>

Contact us page can be found in the drop down list on design tab.

it is possible but its not a good idea as you open your email up to spammers and harvesters. For every one genuine enquiry you will receive 999 spam emails in week1 and in week4 you will get one genuine email per 9999 spams.
