    Trade Log In Problem

    Hi
I’m having a problem getting the trade log in to work on my site at flooringsales.co.uk.

The site was recently updated – CSS and Divs replacing the existing coding. However, since then the trade log in is not working. When logged in, the retail prices are still showing. However, when you progress to the Shopping Basket the trade prices are there. The problem seems to be in the menu being hard coded (although it was before any changes were made).

The company who redesigned the site were not experts with Actinic and cannot find the problem.

So if anyone can assist me that would be great. I am happy to pay someone for their time if they can give me a quote.

If anyone is interested, the problem can be seen when you log in (‘Trade’ in navigation at top) using Username: TRADE and password: trade

    Thanks
    Paul

Looks like there is a few things wrong Paul, when you click continue shopping the page also goes blank. The menu being hard coded is a pretty horrific solution, i've never seen any site needing to have that before and this will almost certainly be playing a part as when clicked it is like you are logging out. Your product layout or online price layouts may also be borked, can you do a compare facility on these in the design library to see if there are any glaring things missing?

Without having it in front of someone, it's hard to say what is wrong, it's probably a few things, one thing for sure is you want to get the menu so it is automatically created, you currently have a recipe for disaster with that as it is. Get it into a designer's hands who knows what they are doing, will probably cost you a couple of hundred pounds, but a pittance compared to a non-functioning site. The actinic site lists designers close to you, have a look on there see if you can find someone suitable.
