Morning!
Would someone please beable to help me?
It is Saturday morning (our busiest day of the week) & the Actinic EPOS will not open on our PC.
This has happened before, but actinic support have talked me through the process - they are not there on a Saturday!
The message says "The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'MSysDb'. Make sure the object exists and that you spell it's name & the path name correctly'

Any ideas please!?!

I'm not familiar with EPOS, but it sounds like a database error.

This can normally be repaired from with Actinic (at least for catalog/business) but as it doesn't start then that route's not an option.

It can also be repaired from within MS Access if you have it, or from the ODBC tools as described in this post http://community.actinic.com/showpos...06&postcount=5
