hope this helps.
On another thread i made, i was talking about the snapshot being blanked out due to an error. I tried many things to fix this to no avail. inc access to the DB looking for errors. compacting DB. getting the snapshot files from another system. but all failed.
So before i removed the corrupt actinic, i thought i would give something a try.....(bite the bullet)
Keeping the corrupt actinic on my system, I downloaded actinic again and continued to overwrite the corrupt one.
Once done, all the files were fine aswell as the template design, but now the snapshot was fixed!!
Wahhheeeey...just saved myself about 2 weeks of backtracking!
