Missing order tabs

My Client has Business Client software but when she comes to process orders from the website the four tabs labelled "Pending", "Completed", "Pending & Completed" and "Pending Payment Service Provider" are not visible on the Order summary screen.

Is there a simple tick box i may have miss clicked on

I've just come across this problem too using Business 9.0.2 IERA - what I've found is when the application is Maximised they aren't visible but if you Restore Down or resize the application you can see them.
