Product related items

On a product page i have a related product list.

Can i just have the related product title with the add to cart option linking to that related product page?

I'd like to remove the description text but still have the option to click on the title for more information about that related product.

Select the design tab, click on a related product and you will be presented with the layout code for that area, you can then do what you want with it.
