Section pages expand out of styling

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I am at a loss as to why this is happening.

The site works ok when clicking onto a section page but in IE when you refresh the page it knocks the styling out and expands the product section boxes out of the page?

Is an example, the more you refresh the page the wider the boxes move out of the page. Any thoughts or ideas would be really helpful.

The inner sub-section images get bigger and make boxes different sizes. In IE the page goes wide before normal width. The images have no width or height.
