    Corrupted Orders - .ordx files

    Good Morning
We got a problem last Thursday and some of our orders were corrupted, I don't know how. We were not able to retrieve them.
Some we could process because we received emails with confirmation, but some others we have no information at all about them.
I checked on the server and we have all corrupted orders there, but instead of .ord extension, we have .ordx extension. I hope there are some information on the files, because they have 3 kb size.
My question is if it is possible to open this files to have any costumer information to contact them.
I have tried renaming the files, but when I do that I still not able to retrieve them. Actinic gives me a message that the orders were already downloaded, but we don't have them in our database.
    Can anybody help, please?
    Tks

Sergio I think this is one for Actinic support, the only thing I can think off is to rename them back to .ord files and also check the file permissions are set to 200, then try an order download. (It sounds like you already tried this).

If that does not work then you can download the .ordx files manually using ftp but as they are encrypted you would need to decrypt the data in them before it is of use to you. That will need some code writing to reverse the Actinic encryption so it depends how important it is to you.
